Eyewear project
MVidee is ready to work on its first E+ project starting in March 2024 and ending in August 2025 under KA210-Youth Field with its International partners: Ici & Ailleurs and STP Europa.
Despite the societal progress made in Europe in recent decades, a gender gap in entrepreneurship persists: there are fewer female entrepreneurs than male. This issue is significant as female entrepreneurship substantially impacts economic development and social well-being.
EYEWEAR (Empowering Young Entrepreneurs Women with Education and Additional Resources) project aims to provide support and resources to young women who aspire to start their own business: we want to inspire young women and offer them a practical guidance to become successful female entrepreneurs. How?
π― Development of a User-Friendly Self-Assessment Tool
π― Piloting of the Self-Assessment Tool with Young Females
π― Creation of a Podcast Series Featuring Successful Female Entrepreneur Stories
π― Dissemination of Project Products Among Young Females and Stakeholders
π― Facilitation of Links and Exchange of Good Practices
π― Capacity Building for Partner Organizations
The EYEWEAR project will lead #education, #resources and #inspiration to #youngwomen interested in #entrepreneurship, thereby promoting #genderequality, #economicgrowth and #socialdevelopment
β DID YOU KNOW that the large majority of entrepreneurs are between 40 and 60 years old? It could be assumed that in the current difficult economic environment the job of entrepreneurs may not be perceived as attractive to young generations as it was in the previous ones.
